Acceptance

By using PatrolaCG you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is

PatrolaCG is a driving aid that shows fixed cameras, driver reports, border waits and routes. It is free and is not affiliated with the Police, the Ministry of Interior or any government body.

Safety and the law

You are responsible for your driving. Always follow traffic rules and speed limits, whatever the app tells you.

Do not use your phone while driving. Set the app up before you leave or use it with a passenger.

The app is meant to remind you to drive carefully, not to help you avoid fines.

Accuracy of data

Camera locations were collected by hand and may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. Cameras marked "not yet confirmed" have not been verified; we show them as a precaution. Reports come from other drivers and may be wrong or outdated. Border waiting times are estimates. Routes are approximate. Data is provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy or availability.

User reports

Only send true reports from where you really are, and safely (not while driving).

Fake, abusive or repeated reports (spam) are forbidden. We may remove reports and permanently block accounts that abuse the app.

Reports are visible to all users, without your name.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage, fines, delays or accidents resulting from use of the app or reliance on its data. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Business partners and promotion

The app may show business partners (fuel, food, car services and similar). Promoted partners (⭐) may be paid. Listing a partner is not a guarantee of quality.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue the app or parts of it, and may change these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing law

The law of Montenegro applies. Courts in Montenegro have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules say otherwise.
